If you find yourself dwelling on the negative, remember nothing will change if you are not doing anything about it. If you can't remember the last time you did something purely for the fun of it, block out some "me" time right away. Ask yourself what you would most like to do. Block out some time for fun every week. It usually isn’t what you have, where you are, or what you’ve been through that makes you happy or unhappy, it’s how you think about it all. It starts on the inside. You control your thoughts.
